MP Sami Oshana disclosed the existence of major financial violations in several public companies and government institutions, pointing to the absence of massive amounts of revenues and profits that were not paid to the state treasury, based on the latest official reports issued by the Federal Board of Supreme Audit.
26 Trillion Dinars Unpaid to the State Treasury
Oshana explained, in a televised interview monitored by the "Al-Saa" network, that the Federal Board of Supreme Audit's report contained shocking figures and multiple violations. Most notably, several public companies and self-financing administrations—including administrations operating in the ports—refused to pay the public treasury's share of revenues.
